Terms & Conditions

All rental orders are from the time the rental equipment leaves BCR Signature Events until all rental equipment is returned, used or unused. Rentals are for one day use only. If you wish to rent for more than one day, please contact the office for details.

We only offer delivery service. While in the client’s possession, the client assumes responsibility of all rental equipment reserved on their order, and must make sure all equipment are safe, secure and protected from weather.

The client must be present at time of delivery and pick-up to verify count and sign for the rental equipment.


The client may cancel their order four days prior to the delivery date for a full refund. However, if the order is cancelled within three to two days of the delivery date, the client will lose a portion of their reservation deposit. No refunds will be given if the order is canceled 24 hours prior to delivery date; no refunds day of delivery. No refunds on tent orders at any time except for canopies.

4 days = full refund

3 days = 75% refund

2 days = 50% refund

1 day/ day of = no refund

Payments & Deposits

We accept Cash, Money Order, and Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). We do not accept personal checks.

The client must put down 50% of the total upon reserving the order and must pay the balance upon delivery. We reserve the right to request reservation deposits during peak season to ensure product availability.  50% reservation deposit is required for all orders.

For all orders, we add a refundable security deposit. The security deposit is refundable as long as all rental equipment is accounted for; all rental equipment is returned in the same condition as it was delivered; equipment is picked-up from the same location as it was delivered to; and equipment is not damaged due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

For corporate events: we will accept corporate checks upon approval by our managers. We will also need a credit card on file when accepting checks. You will be charged any banking fees associated with a bounced check.

For tax-exempt organizations: we will need a copy of your tax-exempt form in order to grant the sales tax exemption. Please email to info@bcrrental.com or fax to 718-378-2016.

Delivery & Pick-Up Service

There is a delivery and pick-up fee on all orders. All deliveries are made to the ground floor to an area within a reasonable distance from the loading area and must be accessible by our trucks. Additional fees may apply upon delivery due to delivery complications (ie. stairs, building’s delivery restrictions, etc.).

We do not carry rental equipment up and/or down stairs. If there might be stairs at the event location, please call the office for details as there will be additional charges and/or forfeit the security deposit if this was not discussed prior to delivery.

We reserve the right to assign delivery and pick-up times according to event location, event time, day’s workload, etc. We assign delivery and pick-up windows (ie. 8am – 5pm) in which the client must be ready to accept delivery and return equipment upon pick-up. Although, we may, at times, accommodate exact-time delivery/pickup; We do not guarantee an exact delivery/pick-up time and will not be held liable for any delays or additional expenses incurred for any delays for any reason beyond our control.

We may deliver one to three days prior to or on the event date and we may pick-up one to three days after the event date. We can also pick-up on the day of the event, which will incur an additional late-night pick-up fee. Please call the office for details.

Customer Pickup Service

Currently, we do not offer customer pickup service.

Additional Services & Fees

Any additional services will incur additional charges. Additional services include but not limited to: walk-up and/or walk-down stairs, set-up and breakdown, clean-up, delivery and pick-up between 8pm to 8am (this is considered “after-hours’), exact-time delivery/pick-up, travel/portage, and additional run (re-delivery/re-pick-up).

Pricing is subject to change without notice.

By providing payment, the client accept and agree to all terms and conditions as outlined above, whether physically signed by the client or not.
